stayed there for 2 nights, appreciated it. the owner showed us the property. it was located in a downtown area adjacent to the downtown area and timeout market and bars and cafés,.

Stayed at Sao Paulo 190 - Luxury for the Nos Alive festival. Perfect location near train station and Time Out Market. Comfortable rooms with great air conditioning. Host was available online for any questions. Highly recommend.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The apartment had everything we needed and more, excellent location, modern and sleek, ample space, strong AC and wifi, helpful amenities like washing machine and drying rack.

The apartment had everything we needed and more. the communication with the host was a pleasure. He gave very useful tips and explained everything in detail. the Check-In process was easy and fun, no keys needed. the apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a quiet patio. the location was excellent, just steps away from the Time Out Market and the Elevador da Bica.
There were some downsides to our stay. the maintenance of the apartment was poor, with broken toilet seats and sliding bathroom doors.

Great location near bars, restaurants, and Time Out market. Close to train station for early check-in. First floor apartment with easy access. Some cleaning issues and lack of basics. Poor communication with owner. Some issues with lamps in lounge area. App access works fine. Overall a nice but tired apartment in need of a deep clean.
